I'd recommend Just MG Keighley to a friend because not pushy sales and gave good advice and on handover went the extra mile to help me set up my phone and explained what buttons do in the car
I'd recommend Just MG Keighley because they provide a reliable and friendly service.
Although initially the salesperson was abrupt and pushy we were then helped by the manager Usman who answered all our questions and assisted us in a friendly and professional manner. There was a slight lack of communication as to delivery and then collection time which could be improved. What needs to be addressed is the explanation of the finance offer we took,we were assured of charges and benefits of taking the offer then making an early settlement which in theory influenced us but in reality was not correct,we would not go as far as saying we were 'miss-old' the finance deal but Santander actually commented that what we were verbally told was bad business practice as the information was incorrect,there is no settlement standard charge of £30 and up to 56 days interest can be added to the final settlement figure which resulted in a payment of £200+,something we did not expect!
We did recommend a friend who has proceeded to purchase a car but informed them of the discrepancy in information and we would recommend Just Motors in the future as we are happy with the car.
